It's amazing how just a few changes in your behavioural patterns can make you feel much better about your self, your day, and your life.
Through a selection of chill out challenges, for example Yoga, Tai Chi, Reflexology and other relaxation techniques, you will see how you can effectively calm down your stress levels, re-energise yourself, and let go of your tensions.
