If you need a fun incentive for your colleagues to work towards, why not treat your team to a session of Hovercrafting? 

You may already be confident at Go-Karting, but Hovercrafting is a whole new adrenalin-filled game. Some tracks require great skill in order to navigate the twists and turns, whilst  others are all about speed and getting over water correctly. After being kitted out with all the necessary safety gear, every driver is given a full safety briefing before being allowed into the craft, and drivers are supervised by a team of experienced marshals at all times when racing. 

Maneuvering a hovercraft uses a combination of handlebars, hand throttle and the weight of the driver.  There are also no brakes - so one of the hardest tasks you will to have to conquer is getting the craft to stop.
