A natural entrepreneur with creative flair, his passion for innovation and his ability to effectively turn ideas into sound business solutions has led the company through a steady expansion since its conception in 1999. Alasdair has an extensive knowledge of the events industry and is always ready to get his sleeves rolled up and work closely with the rest of the team.

Alasdair Adam
Robert Gorman
Rob has been instrumental in the development of the Eclipse Leisure Group and Office Events. He is one of the longest standing members of the team and has extensive experience in sales, events and the travel industry. After spending years organising international events for travel companies specialising in ski and summer holidays, Rob went on to set up his own recruitment company. After 5 years he returned to the world of events and joined Cinnamon Adventures where he was key to the development of their programme of corporate travel and activity days. Rob’s experience and innovative style continues to contribute to the company’s solution-led success.
Austin Mowat
Austin has been with the Eclipse Leisure Group since 2004. He has infinite patience and works hard to ensure the cohesive management of the financial side of the business. A member of the ACCA, he has been in practice for 8 years in both The City and Brighton. His infamous dry wit and willingness to provide help, advice and solutions make him a valued and popular member of the team.
Claire Buckley
Claire has been with Office Events for a year now, keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. She has a diverse background ranging from Marketing to Contract Management which helps give her insight to the inner workings of different departments. When she’s not buzzing around the office you can find her on the slopes or in the water!
Sarah Harris-Smith
Sarah’s people oriented personality is highly suited to the hospitality and events industry. She joined the team at Office Events this year, bringing her experience of Conference and Event planning and is committed to building strong client relationships. Having been involved in amateur dramatics for many years, Sarah loves the creative side of events and gains huge satisfaction from helping clients design events to achieve their specified goals.
Marie-Lyse Beau
Marie-Lyse has been with the company for over two years and comes from hotel conferencing, she has a meticulous hard working approach that ensures everything runs smoothly.
Jezz Goodwin
Jezz has worked for the company for 7 years. This self-proclaimed IT ‘genius’ has kept the digital side in tip top shape, fuelled by the vast volume of caffeine in his system. You can usually find him hidden under massive headphones, coding away to the beat of electronic music.
Tanya Grover
Tanya is a very hard working member of the team. After studying media and marketing at Uni (and passing with flying colours) she joined Office Events in order to put her new found skills to test. Tanya is back up for the organisers and the account managers, often coming up with some great original, if occasionally quirky event ideas. Tanya’s main role is ensuring the websites are updated and new ideas are communicated with all the accounts staff.
James Stenning
James joined our expanding Accounts Department at the beginning of 2008. He brings with him six years experience of working within Finance Departments.
An avid Tottenham Hotspur supporter, we try to not hold this against him.
Vicky Hogg
Vicky joined the business at the start of 2007 as the company writer, producing content across all the websites and researching the industry to keep our websites fresh and exciting to read. Christmas became the main focus of Vicky's efforts and in the coming months the product base vastly expanded, propelling the company to the forefront of the field.
An avid fan of Christmas prior to joining the company, Vicky continues to snowball into a bundle of festive spirit as the year goes on, often sharing her passion for the season of goodwill with delicious baked goods.

Millennia Events is part of the Eclipse Leisure Group, based in Brighton. Eclipse Leisure was formed in 1999, began trading in 2000, and has since grown to employ over 25 people in a vibrant, service-led event solutions company with a turnover of £5.5 million.
Office Events and Office Christmas were established in 2004 and have gone from strength to strength, providing a wide range of corporate events for an extensive list of satisfied clients.
